This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes the content and uses that are prohibited when using SayWhat Chinese's AI message decoding and reply-generation service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not submit, request decoding of, or use the Service to generate or distribute content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activity in any applicable jurisdiction
- Depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors, or any sexual content involving minors
- Contains sexual or pornographic content, or sexualizes individuals without consent
- Incites, promotes, or glorifies violence, terrorism, self-harm, or suicide
- Constitutes harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, or other deceptive activity
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- Contains malware, exploits, or content designed to disrupt or damage systems
- Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity or affiliation
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service, or attempt to interfere with its security or availability
- Scrape, mass-extract, or repackage the Service's output at scale without our written permission
- Build products or models that compete with the Service using its output
- Send unsolicited or spam communications generated through the Service
3. Automated and High-Volume Use
The Service is intended for individual, human use. Automated access, bots, or programmatic use beyond our published rate limits is prohibited unless separately agreed with us in writing.
4. Enforcement
We may review content submitted to the Service to ensure compliance with this Policy. If we determine that you have violated this Policy, we may remove content, suspend or terminate your account, and/or restrict access to the Service, without a refund where permitted under our Refund Policy.
